CNC Machining — 3, 4 & 5 Axis (coming soon)

CNC Machining — 3, 4 & 5 Axis (coming soon) — Dan3DStudio
Tooldance X1 machine showing its 400 × 265 × 180 mm working envelope

Turn your design into a solid, machined part. CNC removes material from metal, plastic or wood — ideal for replacement parts, prototypes, brackets, housings and small production runs.

This service is coming soon. Send your design now and we'll review it and reply with a quote as soon as the machine is ready.

Three ways to machine your part

3-axis: flat faces, pockets, holes and everyday mechanical parts.

4-axis: rotates the part to machine around it, ideal for round parts and multiple faces.

5-axis: reaches complex angles and curved surfaces with fewer separate setups.

Tooldance X1 — a quick look

A compact CNC with a 1,500W spindle up to 24,000 RPM, a 400 × 265 × 180 mm working envelope and a 9-tool automatic changer. Optional rotary modules expand the base 3-axis machine to 4- or simultaneous 5-axis machining.

Photos are official Tooldance equipment and machining examples. Part size, material, finish and required tolerances are reviewed before quoting.

Frequently asked questions

Is CNC machining available now?+

Not yet — the service is coming soon. Send your file or a photo in the meantime and we'll line up your project for the first jobs.

What should I send for a quote?+

Send a STEP file or dimensioned drawing, material preference, quantity and any critical measurements. If you only have a worn part or sketch, our scanning and CAD services can help prepare the design.

Which axis setup does my part need?+

We review the shape and choose a suitable setup. Simple parts often need 3 axes; rotating parts and complex angles may benefit from 4 or 5 axes.
